Brad Johnson: The nice thing about dynasty is that a player’s value isn’t greatly affected by an injury unless it changes his skill level

Brad Johnson: Well, yea, you’ll have to stream. You’ll probably be moving on from Miller and Rosenthal, but try to wait for a little clarity on their issues

Brad Johnson: I think Chirinos’ steady HR production is useful in that format. He’s probably top 10.

JD15: Alex Bregman has been very hot in the second half. As a whole, how has he compared to your expectations going into the season? Would you consider him a potential keeper at pre-season hype prices?

Brad Johnson: To answer the second part of your question first, that depends on just how hyped he was in your league

Paul Sporer: I’ve kinda given up the idea that a flourish is coming. MLB The Show has, too. They upgrade the cards every week based on real life performance and they gave him a really long leash before finally moving him from diamond to gold just today

Cory: In a keeper league, currently in first place and lost Paxton last night…  Glasnow or Woodruff?

Eric: Can Godley stop the Dodgers epic run or would you bench him?

Brad Johnson: I’m using him in DFS tonight, but that’s mostly a function of his low price tag on DraftKings. Godley handled the Dodgers not too long ago. You can start him against any team

Brad Johnson: That’s not to say there isn’t any downside or risk

Brad Johnson: but with the way this season’s gone, Godley vs. LAD is a better than average play

Dylan: What happened to Kintzler being the closer in Washington?

Brad Johnson: I don’t know. It’s certainly a surprising development to see Doolittle still closing. A welcome development at that – I grew up playing against Doolittle so I always find myself rooting for him
