Jeff Zimmerman: Welcome

Jeff Zimmerman: We’re trying out a new system where you’re required to log in to FanGraphs to ask a question. You don’t need to be a Member, but you do need to have an account, just like you need an account to comment on any article. We’ll see how it goes. If you have feedback, feel free to just leave it as a question, or you can send a note to support@fangraphs.com.

Jeff Zimmerman: Here are the winning bids from the two Tout Wars 15-team mixed leagues.

Jeff Zimmerman:

Jeff Zimmerman: I’ve got no questions, I’m trying to see what is wrong on my end.

Jeff Zimmerman: It’s for sure on our end, working on it.

Jeff Zimmerman: Welcome

Jeff Zimmerman: Here are the winning bids from the two 15-team Tout Wars redraft leagues

Jeff Zimmerman:

ryan: any hope for framber? or drop him for taj/ginn?

Jeff Zimmerman: My projections have Taj first as a 4.08 ERA talent, then Framber at 4.12, and then Ginn at 4.38.

JR: Is River Ryan going to save my season?

Paul Sporer: Hey y’all thanks for coming out!!

Guest: Esmerlyn vs Nate Lowe in OBP?

Paul Sporer: It’s Lowe for me. Valdez is interesting, but probably peaks as a Lowe-type

Jip Needs to Know: Do you think McGonigle has some Roman Anthony in him in the sense that he’s got great barrel rate and hitting skills but that it might not translate to HR power?

Paul Sporer: Yeah, I don’t think he’s a lock 30-HR guy necessarily, but he’s also one of these guys who seems like he’s just going to keep getting better. The Utley comps are lofty but not completely misplaced as a top end

Ginn’ed up: I’m on the JT Ginn bandwagon, but his next starts are tough. Better to swap out for a reliever (or his new teammate Jump?) or is he now a team streamer in deep leagues?

Jeff Zimmerman: Welcome

Jeff Zimmerman: Tout Wars FAAB has not run tonight, so no values, sorry about that.

Bubba: Jeff,

Jeff Zimmerman: Yes Bubba …

MI’s: Where would Bryan Torres and Jackson Holiday have ranked on your waiver hitter list?  Thx!

Jeff Zimmerman: Holliday is pretty low, probably at the bottom of the other platoon bats.

Paul Sporer: Hey y’all, thanks for coming out!

RAGBRAI: When/if Woodruff returns to the rotation, who gets bumped? And is it to the bullpen or AAA?

Paul Sporer: The thing is, those questions often sort themselves out by someone else getting hurt by the time someone else is returning from the IL, in this case Woody. Gasser is last one so prob first one out right now

Carter: 12 Team 5×5 Cats: Should i finally cut bait on Matt Chapman? and Who would you look for to replace him? Some names on the wire: J. Jung, I. Paredes, A. Bohm, N. Arenado? (also I have Colt Emerson waiting for 3B eligibility)

Paul Sporer: Ya the extreme power outage is enough to push me off in 12s. I’d go for Jung with as strong as he’s been. Assuming that’s Josh, right? Surprised if he’s out there!

RAGBRAI: What can we expet from Dylan Crews? Not surprised he didn’t making OD, put has he done enough at AAA to realy to  push his way into everyday ABs in the OF? They can’t have brought him up to sit or platoon, could they?

Jeff Zimmerman: Welcome

Jeff Zimmerman: Here are the winning bids in the two 15-team Tout Wars redraft leagues.

Jeff Zimmerman:

Sasaki: Where would he have been ranked on your pitcher list in your waiver article? Thanks!

Jeff Zimmerman: Near the bottom, he’ll need more than one good start to get me to buy in.

Bill: 2 catcher redraft – keep J Rodriguez (SF) or drop for A Wells (NYY) or Ruiz (WAS)?
