Parts + Gleyber: Cahill’s 6 BBs in 2.2 today had me a little alarmed though I didn’t get to watch it live. He’s got TB this week, but on the road, where he’s struggled. Is it time to jump ship in AL Only?

Jeff Zimmerman: He may be a drop or bench. I’m a little worried he’s hurt again and when he throws hurt, the results are horrible.

Jeff Zimmerman: Since he’s with a playoff team, he could say he’s fine but continue to get lit up.

dave in slc: any expectation for kyle wright in an nl only ros? it is a keeper league but competing this yr would you drop bud norris or jose quintana for him?

Brad Johnson: Not really. Unless I missed some bit of news that isn’t on rotowire/world, I don’t see any reason to expect to see him in the majors this year. If we do, probably a relief role.

Brad Johnson: He hasn’t exactly dominated in the minors either. He’s pitched well, but it’s not the kind of dominance required to translate into immediate MLB success. He probably struggles at first. I’d hang onto the closer and reliable vet.

Finding Nimmo: Do you buy the ReyLo turnaround (specifically increased K%)? I trotted him out against DET, should I continue to rely on him? #RelyOnReyLo

Brad Johnson: Not quite yet. His good strikeout games tend to correlate with days he throws fewer fastballs. I’m not discerning a pattern of decreased fastball usage. It’s probably truer to say that some days he has a better feel for his offspeed stuff

Paul Sporer: So I comped him to Eovaldi in passing in a piece earlier this week and someone on my Twitter mentioned Pineda so we know the flaws that those guys had, but they also showed put it together in spells. If he gets the HRs in check, he’s a top 30-type guy IMO, but that is easier said than done

Brad Johnson: Here’s my take on Vlad. At this point, he wouldn’t be in the minor leagues if there was any chance in hell he was going to be on major league roster before ~April 15. It’s not happening

yojiveself: Does the Matt Adams trade now mean Zimmerman will get most of the at-bats at 1st for the Nationals?  I’m surprised to see he is actually worse vs RH pitching than Reynolds!
