Jeff Zimmerman: Martin. He’s playing 3B and has a near .350 OBP. I may go Zunino if I need HR

Can of corn: What minor league SPs are you looking to pounce on for that September call up?

Jeff Zimmerman: None now that Kopech is up. Most will be at innings limits. Some for contenders will just be bullpen arms. I’m playing it by ear.

Drew: Looking for a fill-in for Sale in my 16-teamer. Fiers, D. Holland, M. Boyd, Poncedeleon, or Edwin Jackson?

Jeff Zimmerman: Fiers

Jesse: I’m in a 14 team H2H league and I’m starving for pitching. Should I try to pin down an over achiever like Cobb or hold out for a Justus Sheffield? Also how much longer before Ohtani pitches again? Thinking about picking him up to hold

Jeff Zimmerman: Of the options, go with Cobb. I’m worried Sheffield is headed to the bullpen

Rocco: Are Kyle Freeland and German Marquez pitchers we can trust to “usually start”?

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m not sure but he could. I thought Osuna wouldn’t close and took a ton of crap for it. I thought the Astros would keep him away from the closer’s role

Trap Gone Hamels: Teoscar started so hot but has cooled significantly. Was I wrong to get my hopes up? Any prognostication about next year?

Jeff Zimmerman: He’s a late round pick for me. The biggest issue, IMO, has been the lack of steals

Trap Gone Hamels: The Logan Forsythe Sage continues. He’s looked like his old self in Minnesota, but it’s a mirage, right?

Jeff Zimmerman: It’s likely somewhere in between. Now, he could be on the move again since he has passed through waivers

After Mullins, we’re talking about Adam Jones, Trey Mancini, Craig Gentry and Jace Peterson here, not exactly the likely 2020 Baltimore Murderer’s Row.

AL-only, 10-team: Is Josh James worth owning? Think he’ll get a shot soon?

Jeff Zimmerman: No, I’m passing on him.

Mike: Sitting pretty in 1st place in a traditional shallow league.  Picked up Sanchez assuming hes coming off the DL within the next week.  Now have him muncy and sano.  Who is most droppable in that scenario?

Jeff Zimmerman: Muncy or Sano

Jeff Zimmerman: I’d go with Muncy as there is more competition in LA
