nickoless : Do you think Corbin Martin sticks in the rotation?

Jeff Zimmerman: If he continues to pitch like he did today.

marichal: Which NL-only minor leaguer is highest waiver wire priority: Riley, Rodgers, Urias, Gallen, or someone else

Jeff Zimmerman: Gallen

BigTuna: What % of FAAB are you spending on Corbin Martin in a 12 tm?

Jeff Zimmerman: After today, I’m afraid he’s in the 5% to 15% range. There is always a Sunday boost

Paul Sporer: Hey y’all, have to run a tight 30 minutes today because of the podcast schedule, but let’s talk some baseball!

Jeff: Paul – I read Nick’s take on Musgrove’s awful night last night. How do you feel about some recent poor starts?

Paul Sporer: It’s funny this is the first Q… today’s fireside is about Musgrove (& Darvish)

RK: Will Detroit call up Casey Mize anytime soon?

Paul Sporer: Maaaaybe in the summer, but not this month or anything, IMO

CT: Hey Paul, thanks as always for everything. A seemingly easy question, but kinda confounding at the same time — pick two for next week: Strasburg @ Cubs, Castillo @ Cubs, or Montas @ Tigers

Brad Johnson: We’ll get started in a few moments

Syndergaardengnomes: At what point do you give up on Votto?

Brad Johnson: When he suffers a major injury

Brad Johnson: Certainly, we should adjust the expectations

Brad Johnson: He’s a core performing 1B with potential to turn hot. Kind of like a better Mitch Moreland

Brad Johnson: That’s still startable in 12-team mixed.

Jeff Zimmerman: First, I’ve opened up the chat but am getting a few items together like a cool beverage.

Jeff Zimmerman: Also, there is a storm going on outside and I’m too lazy to connect to my internet cable. If I disappearance for a minute or two, I probably had my power flashed on and off

Jeff Zimmerman: And here are the mixed draft results:

Brad Johnson: We’ll get started in a moment. Sadly, we didn’t quite finish our trade negotiations.

Bryant’sBattingGlasses: What can we expect from Nick Senzel since he’s due for a call-up?

Brad Johnson: Yep, it’s DEFCON 1 on Senzel time.

Brad Johnson: He actually still seems to be shaking off rust in Triple-A so I’m surprised they’re promoting him. From what I’ve heard, the outfield experiment isn’t working

Brad Johnson: As far as stats now, maybe a 105 wRC+ with some power and speed

Brad Johnson: Growth up to 130

Jeff Zimmerman: The chat is now open and sorry about the delay. I was setting my weekly FAAB. Give me a minute to tweet it out and bring in the Tout Wars Mixed bids

Infield Insecure: Who is your preferred pickup between Kieboom & Chavis assuming position doesn’t matter?

Jeff Zimmerman: Chavis. I think there are more options to full season playing time.

Jeff Zimmerman: Mixed Draft bids

Paul Sporer: Good afternoon everyone, it’s chat time!!!

MartinEllinger: Tommy La Stella WTF

Paul Sporer: It’s absolutely insane. I have no explanation, lol

cavebird: Does it look like Castellanos’s cold start is just noise, or is there something to worry about here?

Paul Sporer: Not particularly worried, I’d be open to buying

Lucas: Thoughts on tailon for pham trade in 12 team roto mixed obp league? current pitchers are cole, morton, marco g, rich hill, heaney, luke weaver, matt boyd, and tailon

Brad Johnson: Welcome folks, we’ll get started in a moment

Franmillionaire: Who is your preference in 12-team 5×5 H2H: Kepler or Franmil? Franmil’s impressive x-stats are intriguing but I’m not sure how to weigh them.

Brad Johnson: I’d bet on Franmil hitting the jackpot

Brad Johnson: because the prize is far tastier and you can always re-roll later

Vic: How many members of the Twins’  and Phillies’ bullpen will record 10+ saves

Brad Johnson: Three each feels reasonable

Griffey: Who’s better ROS:  F. Reyes or J.D. Davis

Edgar: Cole Tucker wasn’t in your FAAB prediction. What are your thoughts?

Paul Sporer: Good afternoon, everyone! My new Starting Pitcher ranks are live so this would be a great chance to ask questions about them if you have any: https://fantasy.fangraphs.com/april-starting-pitcher-rankings/

Big Tuna : After the call up, in leagues are you looking at Chavis? 12 tm OPS?

Paul Sporer: Not sure there is going to be enough playing time for 12-teamers, though he did play some 2B in the minors

Anders: 14 team points league, would you drop any of Tim Beckham, Hunter Dozier, Vogelbach, or Mazara for Yandy Diaz/Avisail Garcia? I’d love to make room for them, good problem to have I suppose.

Paul Sporer: Ya it is a good problem to have as I’d probably just roll with what I’ve got in that situation

Freddy Mac: Would you still hold Laureano in a 12 teamer? The K/BB is atrocious
