Jeff Zimmerman: Hello

Jeff Zimmerman:

Jeff Zimmerman: Those are the FAAB adds in the two 15-team Tout Wars Mixed leagues.

Joe: Vlad has been in a funk, should I try to see if I can big haul back for him in 12 team h2h categories league?

Jeff Zimmerman: Sure

Jeff Zimmerman: Just try to fill some void on your roster

Paul Sporer: Hello everyone, thanks for coming out!

Dave: Too soon predictions (especially considering today’s IL move) for where Rodon and Ray will open next year in your SP rankings?

Paul Sporer: Yeah, I really need to final 2 months for both to have a good feel of where I’m at. Rodon had to get some time off so this IL stint makes sense, epsec. when they have a ready made stud to fill in with Kopech.

Dave: I know you’re usually not into guys returning from TJ (at least immediately), but what are your ROS expectations for Sale? The reports from his rehab starts have been glowing…

Paul Sporer: I primarily eschew drafting them, but once back I start to give them more attention. Sale has no doubt looked sharp in his rehab outings. Usually my issue w/TJ returners for fantasy is that they will almost certainly hit a wall in a couple starts out of nowhere so the duds can outweigh the 2-3 gems and really hurt their numbers. Sale certainly looks ready to roll, though, and if you have him, you should be starting him once back

Martin: Keeper league question: Is one year of 26 yr old Bieber better than three of 30 yr old Gausman? 16 tm h2h 6×6 league with quality starts instead of wins. Other three keepers (you can keep four) are all hitters. No cost associated with either.

Jeff Zimmerman: Hello everyone. Here are tonight’s winning Tout Wars bids in the two 15-team redraft leagues.

Jeff Zimmerman: Auction League

Jeff Zimmerman: And the draft league

Jeff Zimmerman:

Is it time….: Time to drop Matt Chapman for Toro or Edman for Amed Rosario?

Jeff Zimmerman: Edman for sure if Rosario is on the wire. I’d prefer to bench Chapman and use someone else like Toro.

Paul Sporer: Hello everyone!! Thanks for coming out!

JC: LOL @ the mookie collection requirements.

Paul Sporer: An elite card being tough to get? Wow… what an idea lol

Paul Sporer: The complaints about it are MUCH funnier, tbh. With all due respect, y’all are being whack.

CT: Hey Paul, appreciate the chat. Hold or Fold in 12tm roto: Conforto & Gonsolin respectively

Paul Sporer: I’m definitely open to cutting both depending on who you’re picking up. Gonso is easiest to cut but I can definitely get behind moving on from Conforto in a 12-teamer

Jeff Zimmerman: It’s nice to be back about a vacation last week.

Jeff Zimmerman: Here are the FAAB bids in the 15-team Tout Wars Roto leagues.

Jeff Zimmerman:

Johnny5Alive: In your weekly wire article, you had some promising things to say about polanco. You think he outperforms his ROS projections?

Jeff Zimmerman: Possibly. I wonder if he’s just getting healthy.

Greg: 15 team NFBC with $400 in FAAB left and need HRs. How much would you bid to get Eloy? And are you concerned about his health issues?

Paul Sporer: Welcome, everyone! Let’s talk some baseball!

CT: Hey Paul, looking to replace Grandal (like everyone else) in a 12tm 6×6. Sean Murphy and Max Stassi are both on the wire. They both have their pros and cons, but what say you for the next 4-6 weeks? Appreciate the help and the chat!

Paul Sporer: I love Stassi, I definitely prefer him here

Guest: Thoughts on Urquidy, who does not appear on your Patreon SP List?

Paul Sporer: I’m not really ranking injury guys until they return, but I’m still a huge fan. He’s just an uncertainty right now

Rays: How do you feel about Luis Patino’s performance this far for the Rays?

Paul Sporer: Hello everyone! Thanks for coming out, let’s chat!

Greg: Why has Blake Snell been so bad this year?

Paul Sporer: His command has been particularly problematic and a .329 BABIP is exacerbating the issues

Kole Calhoun: What’s my value ROS?

Paul Sporer: Decent power OF worthy of consideration in 12+ teamers with 5 OF

Greg: Do you regret putting Vlad at #14 in your 1B rankings (behind absolute studs like Dom Smith, Alec Bohm, Moose)? You said “Not out on potential studification, but why buy this high on pure spec at a position like 1B?” Seems like everyone forgot that Vlad is only 22 is players improve.

Jeff Zimmerman: Welcome. Here are the bids from the two 15-team Tout Wars leagues

Jeff Zimmerman:

Quarantino Martinez: Any interest in Cal Quantrill, especially with Det this week? Him or Ober?

Jeff Zimmerman: He’s on some of my bid lists. Quantrill has a nice two-step the week after Detroit

Jeff Zimmerman: Now, Ober does have a two-step this week.

Lauren J.: Daulton Varsho is killing me in my H2H forever-keeper league. At this point, I’d rather punt the catcher position. Opposed to me grabbing Raleigh and hoping for a call-up?

Paul Sporer: Hello! Thanks for coming through. It’ll be a tight timeframe today ahead of our Discord Watch Party for Patreon folks. We’re watching Ohtani v. Gausman!!

ScottTINSTAAPP: Just wanted to take a moment and appreciate how sweet everyday Rake Cronenworth is!

Paul Sporer: He is so good! Huuuuge fan

Paul Sporer: For anyone interested in joining the Patreon to get in the Discord: patreon.com/thesleeperandthebust

Dodgerbleu: Paul please help with Snell! He’s ha a couple of decent starts recently, and inevitably someone in my league throws me an offer. I rebuf, encouraged by the start he just had. Then he goes back to being terrible. Today I got a Sims for Snell offer. I know I could’ve gotten more numerous times this season, but his value just keeps cratering and I could use some saves. Think that smells fair? In general, would you hold or sell low?

Paul Sporer: I feel like I’d want someone more locked in for saves, though I understand that might not be available. It’s a doable deal
