Starting Pitcher Chart – September 15th

Daily SP Chart archive
The chart includes their season performance, their opponent’s wOBA versus the pitcher’s handedness over the last 30 days, my general start/sit recommendation for 10-team, 12-team, and 15-team (or more) leagues, and then a note about them. Obviously, there are league sizes beyond those three so it’s essentially a shallow, medium, deep. If a pitcher only has an “x” in 15-team, it doesn’t mean there’s no potential use in 10s and 12s, but it’s basically a risky stream for those spots.
These are general recommendations, and your league situation will carry more weight whether you are protecting ratios or chasing counting numbers. This is for standard 5×5 roto leagues. The thresholds for H2H starts are generally lower, especially in points leagues so I thought there would be more value focusing on roto.
No comments today, but I’ll answer the comments throughout the day if you want further discussion on anyone.

Paul,. thanks for providing this chart so often. Very good information.
Hi, need some advice on who(which pitcher) can I stream on Saturday or Sunday, I’m in my finals and I need to make one pickup today because of the upcoming Jewish holidays, where I cannot pick up anyone. Appreciate the help, and good luck everyone!
Will depend a bit on your league size and who’s available. In my 10 teamer, France, Detmers, and Suarez all look like decent options for the weekend.
Agreed that it’s dependent on your league size and like the names that __AL shared.
Other considerations:
Jose Quintana
Sawyer Gipson-Long
Emmet Sheehan
Dane Dunning
Andre Jackson
No trust in the mini skill surge for David Peterson? I need to stream one more arm this weekend, and it looks my best options are him, Pedro Avila @ OAK, Mason Miller v SD, or Patrick Corbin & MIL. May be able to land Abbott off waivers vs NYM tomorrow but can’t count on it. Chasing strikeouts and wins without concern for the ratios. Any suggestions?
In a H2H playoff, would you trust Nola? It’s a shallow league using S+H,QS,K/BB,HR, plus W, K, ERA, WHIP. Most of the categories are up for grabs right now and we both have 5-7 SP left. I could swap Detmers for Nola, for example.. He has some guys like Efflin, Steele,Ragans left
