Hey Eno
Thanks for talking about double jack a while back, loving their beer lineup now.
great podcast as usual Podhorzer!
Do you guys think Billy Hamilton should be owned in a 10 team mixed roto?
Like we said, depends entirely on where you sit in the hitting categories. Also depends on who he would replace in your lineup and who you would be dropping. In 1 week, he could give you 5 steals and 5 runs, but prob 0s in HRs and RBIs.
Well, I have a +5 lead in steals or should I have dropped Jeter or Carl Crawford for him?
If you’re already winning steals, I see no reason to start him.
I see so if I own Bonifacio I should be able to hold the fort for the next 23 days if the guy behind me just leaves Hamilton there, yeah?
Yeah, Bonifacio is Hamilton, but with the potential to actually hit a homer and knock in some runs!
Goldschmidt, Desmond, Adam Jones, Victorino, Choo, and Rajai Davis, and Billy Hamilton for him. Bonifacio, Segura, Alex Rodriguez, Puig, Crawford, Alex Gordon, Adam Eaton, and Granderson for me. I guess I could grab Rutledge or Middlebrooks if I need the extra speed. What do you think, Mike?
You should be fine. Middlebrooks for speed? You sure you typed the right name?
My bad. I meant LeMahieu instead of Middlebrooks lol.
Haha. I think you’re good.
Alright! Thanks, Mike.
Do you think a +5 lead in steals is not much or I shouldn’t worry about it much, Mike?
It’s not a big lead, but it depends on who the guy has behind you in the standings and who you have. If he traded away his steals guys, then you should be fine.
I thought of this while listening, why didn’t Yadi call for a pitchout first pitch. If everyone knew Hamilton was running, pitchout. Would have been out by a mile.
