I have Arcia on my minors roster and am thinking of calling him up, but once up he can’t go back down. Do you think he’s a better option ROS than any of the following OFs? McLouth, Dunn, Victorino, Viciedo, Reddick, Hart. I am in need of BA help most of all.

You have to assume that he won’t get sent down when Mastroianni returns like originally planned. But you never know. I without a doubt would say he’d be better than Viciedo if he stays up all year.
