aaaaaand just like that, Civale is back in the rotation. Still has never come out of the bullpen in his entire professional career, majors or minors (regular season anyway, I think he might have in the postseason). Per b-ref, he last appeared out of the pen in 2015 in the Cape Cod Summer League. . . .
