With the trade deadline quickly approaching, #HugWatch has spilled over into the Fangraphs offices:
Rumors are that Fangraphs is shopping me, but that no one wants to take on the money involved which is quite minimal. #HugWatch

Me coming back from vacation only to see Kershaw and Strasburg get hurt today:
J.T. Realmuto has been an unheralded star at the thinnest fantasy position this year:
Two homers AND a double last night? Sheesh, @JTRealmuto. 👀#FishWin | #LetsPlay pic.twitter.com/fKy6tvUIv5

The 26-year old catcher has a .305 AVG, 10 HR, and 5 SB in 332 PA so far. He needed 545 PA to notch 11 HR last year. He’s also legitimately fast, not just catcher-fast.
On the Agenda:
The D’Backs are the new kids on the block when it comes to contending, but they quickly showed Max Scherzer that they mean business:

David Peralta, A.J. Pollock, and Jake Lamb go back-to-back-to-back to open what would be a 6-5 walkoff win on Friday.
On the Agenda:
Stanton pops his 30th HR:
.@Giancarlo818 is on an absolute TEAR. #Crushed pic.twitter.com/wGIyH1SqKb

It might finally be happening! The super elite Stanton season might finally be upon us!!! Stanton is just 10 homers away from his first 40 HR season and the way he’s smashing homers of late (9 in 15 July games), he could drop a 50 burger on the league. I’ll say he hits 52.
On the Agenda:
Bryce Harper smacked a homer in top of the 1st on Tuesday night and Mike Trout responded immediately:
Anything you can do, I can do better 💪 Mike Trout and Bryce Harper put on a show in the first inning last night! pic.twitter.com/2Xzkok63Z7
— MLB Europe (@MLBEurope) July 19, 2017
Harper went on to have a 4-for-4 game in Washington’s 4-3 win. Trout gets a chance at the Nats againt today in short two-game set.
On the Agenda:
The Astros had a funeral for Carlos Beltran’s glove on Monday ?
Pay your respects.

The bat is still kicking, though. He went 2-for-4 with his 12th homer in Monday’s 9-7 loss to the Mariners.

The defense rests, your honor! #AllRise
JBJ robs Judge in the triangle!! pic.twitter.com/9eDeQlmkLc
— Paul Sporer (@sporer) July 17, 2017
Jackie Bradley Jr. made a fantastic catch in the triangle to rob Aaron Judge of his 31st homer run. Judge was 1-for-9 in the doubleheader and he’s just 1-for-18 coming out of the break. Guess the Home Run Derby ruined him after all. ?
On the Agenda:
He’s back!
First AB back for @MikeTrout… close but we bet he's just warming up. @Angels pic.twitter.com/71UFCI2eDq
— Bally Sports West (@BallySportWest) July 15, 2017
Mike Trout has returned after a 39-game absence, collecting a hit and stolen base (which included a headfirst slide into second) to continue what has been his best season yet… which is absolutely insane.
On the Agenda:
I don’t understand why Major League Baseball doesn’t do more to promote the Future’s Game. If you missed it, this was my favorite part:
