Bullpen Report — 5/10/2021
Jason had to be pumped to get assigned the Monday night slate of games to comment on.
This was the closest I’ve gotten to not publishing a Bullpen Report due to “nothing notable happened”.
Alvarado is gonna take Neris’s spot sooner rather than later.
I think they’d rather be flexible with Alvarado since he’s their only high-leverage lefty at the moment. I’d lean towards Coonrod taking Neris’ job at some point unless Girardi goes with a committee or unless another lefty (Ranger Suarez) emerges as a late-inning option to free up Alvarado for the 9th.
