javier had 114 Ks in 74 IP at AA and 16 in 11 at AAA. Has been very underrated compared to Whitley, James etc. Fortunately Houston has this figured out; he’ll stay in the rotation until he pitches out of it. Plesac had only 6.9 K/9 last season in MLB.
