I can also drop Latos instead – my other OFs are J.Rod, Arozarena, Chisholm, O’Neill. Thoughts? Thanks.

Jeff Zimmerman: The MI is loaded and I would consider streaming the position. Just play it week to week with that talent.

Jeff Zimmerman: Siri was getting squeezed until a Lowe got hurt. As for Rosario, he’s a cut.

Tony 2 Chains: Springer is 0-May…and was 4 – April…how is he employed?

Jeff Zimmerman: Springer might be a cut in shallow leagues. The issue isn’t so much the talent has the days he’s missing.

Jeff Zimmerman: Keep Walker. As for Lawlar vs Holliday, it’s close.

Jeff Zimmerman: All of it and leaving yourself enough to make a move every week. The bonus from Carroll could be killed by taking zeros.

Schneider leading off on a bad team while Ortiz lower in the order on a good team. Jeff, which one should I pickup and why? Thanks for these chats, it’s a big help!

Jeff Zimmerman: No need to speculate in a Saves+Holds leagues. There are plenty of options.

Bruce: Is Jeffrey Springs worth stashing at this point?

Jeff Zimmerman: I don’t know with the new injury. Give it a week for more news

G Money: Who would you rather start in a two step this week? Gomber or T Megill?

Jeff Zimmerman: Gomber is NEVER the answer

Jeff Zimmerman: Depends on who to add.

Daniel: Whats wrong with Evan Carter and do you think he will rebound at all?

Jeff Zimmerman: Even Carter could hit major league pitching last year and that’s continued into this season.

Guest: 1/3 of the season complete. Do you have a target % of FAAB to still have? Where are you at in your leagues?

Jeff Zimmerman: Ideally, I want to be at 50%. The earlier adds can contribute all season and should be prioritized.

Jeff Zimmerman: As for the amount of FAAB I have, it depends on how the team is doing. For my good teams, I have not needed to spend much. As more the teams who are struggling, I’m trying to make up ground.

Jeff Zimmerman: If these are the waiver options, they should be streamed on a daily or weekly basis

Jeff Zimmerman: Luis Garcia with the LAA. He might already be the Angels closer.

Jeff Zimmerman: Hopefully at short

Mr. Power or speed: Hi Jeff, Thanks in advance for these.  Two prong ROS: Ha Seong Kim or Seiya Suzuki / Cade Povich or Kyle Harrison?  I am #1 in steals 3rd last in power

Jeff Zimmerman: Suzuki and … Povich. Harrison is not startable at this point but Povich isn’t either since he’s in the minors.

Mike: Would you rather roster Manoah for the upside or a quality non-saves reliever like Estrada or B. Hudson?

Jeff Zimmerman: Manoah is a roster and bench to see if he really has changed.

Guest: How much longer before dropping Pablo Lopez is wise rather than rage drop?

Jeff Zimmerman: It’ll be a while. Before today, I had him graded as a 3.15 ERA talent. I’m not moving on from that.

Baba oriley: Big fan of your work. Any players you recommend trying to acquire in 5×5 12 teams h2h leagues where there’s obp, QS and SVHD instead of average, wins and saves?

Jeff Zimmerman: I don’t think the difference is that much at this point in the season. The waiver wire as been picked over. The key is to target good players who are playing.

Jeff Zimmerman: yes

Christina: I’m not feeling like Civale is getting any better, should I drop him in a 14 team dynasty for Falter, Weathers, or Brown?

Jeff Zimmerman: No on Falter, Yes on Weathers and both Browns

Jjjeffreyyy: Hi Jeff! Thanks for this and all your great work! I hope you enjoyed the graduation last weekend. My question … Very deep AL-only 5*5 roto league, desperately need CI help. Abreu and Sano are both on the wire. If both are healthy and playing, they’re probably an upgrade over my current Garett Cooper/Eziquel Duran rotation (yikes!) Im down to $76 of an initial $5 FAAB budget. League has $5 min bids, so I need to leave $. Can i afford to go over minimum bid for either and if so, how much?

Jeff Zimmerman: Don’t go over on each and remember to remove the heating pad.

Jeff Zimmerman: I give hitter two months to get their shit together and then I move on. Several hitters are on the way out this week.

Daniel: Do you expect anything out of Miguel Andujar? Seems like a good player but injuries keep derailing any momentum.

Jeff Zimmerman: I think he might end up having value as a fifth outfielder in a deep league.

Jeff Zimmerman: You might have to go with Weathers.

Cubs outfield: Would Brennen Davis be better than Tauchman if he got the call? Both are available. It’s a league with many keepers and a deep bench, so I can afford to stash if the answer is “yes” … but if not, I should just take the major leaguer

The Batman: Gore was dropped in my 12 team 5×5. He’s been solid and I’m pretty tempted even with a loaded pitching staff. What kind of FAAB would you commit to him?

Jeff Zimmerman: In the NFBC, the known bids were between 77 and 23

Jeff Zimmerman: I might go 50 and know I could lose him

HappyFunBall: David Peterson is starting for the Mets next week. Odds he becomes useful?

Jeff Zimmerman: 50%

Just Joe: Are you more analytically driven in your decision making during draft season or in-season management/

Jeff Zimmerman: Draft season. There is just less to analyze in season. My catcher is hurt and I have five horrible options. I’m likely to just take the guy playing more.
