Jeff Zimmerman: Cease. Never hold catchers in dynasty.

Cito’s Mustache: Ignoring Zack Collins’ C eligibility, do you like him or Bobby Bradley more as a UT/1B depth in dynasty points leagues? Bradley’s 18% SwStr% at AAA makes me think this major league baseball thing might not pan out for him.

Eazy E: Jeff, my 3 IL spots are filled with Pollock, Glasnow and Mondesi. Should I eat one of my three bench spots in a 12-team mixed to hang on to Eovaldi?

Jeff Zimmerman: I would not. I need that spot to stream

DonJulio: Odds LeClerc reclaims the closer job for the second half? I know that Kelley got the same tonight. They were talking about getting LeCerc back in the role a few weeks ago, but I wonder if things changed.

Jeff Zimmerman: 66% at some point I think Kelly has equal chances of keeping the job, getting hurt, or sucking.

Jeff Zimmerman: If the last two occur, LeClerc steps in.

DonJulio: Do the FAAB results for most leagues process Sunday or Monday?

Jeff Zimmerman: Usually between 6 pm and midnight on Sunday.

Jeff Zimmerman: I usually have 1 or 2 spots for streaming. Sometimes I hit and keep them but a pitchers value can change a ton based on matchup

straw: Odds Gallen sticks? It is a bunch of pitchers (which I need sps) and I have about 220 left in main event. Would you prefer making 30ish bids on Gallen/Allen/Alzolay/ and then a small bid on Civale? Have a top 25 overall team now, but this week lost means/hill and am concerned for rest of my rotation with Paddack limited and Happ basically droppable. Which, is Happ droppable in NFBC? He has been quite bad for a while

Jeff Zimmerman: One item I like about this week is there are several SP to target. I think $30 might get one of the trio and you just have to type “allen” to find two of them. Houser might be worth a pickup for 2-starts in 2-weeks

Ian: Desperate for saves in my dynasty league and currently a top 3 team. Do I send my Drew Waters for Chapman?

Jeff Zimmerman: To win this year, hell yes

3 in 5: As a Giants fan, cried myself to sleep after dropping Buster. Among those left in 12 team, 1C, mixed…is CKelly rosterable?

Jeff Zimmerman: Kelly is really close and I dropped Buster in a 15-teamer. The constant injuries were killing me.

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m cutting him for the next couple of weeks. I expect him to blowup and keep his costs low.

Rasta: In a H2H league with daily changes, does the greater quantity of innings pitched devalue top end SP to the point that you would rather have a top 25 hitter than a top end ace?

Jeff Zimmerman: With no IP limit in place, yes. Get hitters and stream those pitchers.

dennis: Is Yandy Diaz droppable in a 12 teamer if your deep at the corners? Thanks

Jeff Zimmerman: Yes, he’s just not playing enough

Jeff Zimmerman: I’d try to keep both. EOS, I think Minter will have more but Hendricks could get a couple of weeks worth of them.

Concerned Owner: What do I do with Howie Kendrick??? Points league, he’s doing great in fantasy points per game, but not playing everyday makes him less valuable than his average shows. However, I’m in love with his batted ball profile. Is there hope he gets full playing time in Washington or somewhere else down the stretch? Or should I trade while the average points per game is still high?

Jeff Zimmerman: You should try to trade him.

Jeff Zimmerman: Maybe go for a week when someone as a weekend injury and Kendrick plays every game.

Beast Hoskins: Considering a trade that would last through 2020. Which side do you want hiura or Riley.

Jeff Zimmerman: I dropped him in two 15-teamers last week. In Tout Wars, no one picked him up.

MattB: Carrasco dropped in a 14-team league. Pick him up to stash and see what happens? Absolutely no information as to what’s going on with him health wise.

Jeff Zimmerman: I feel for Carrasco owners. He’s at least three weeks out. 1 week off = 1 week of ramp-up time up to a month.

Jeff Zimmerman: I wouldn’t blame anyone for dropping him

Hobbs: Alfaro is on IL.  Zack Collins, Will Smith (LAD), Carson Kelly for the short term and possibly long term.  12 team points league.

dave in slc: just got here so sorry if you have addressed but in my nl only league this is the first week we can bid on kuechel. the bids will be crazy for him out of 100 faab $ anything over 30 have to keep next yr and he is likely to go over 30. will he be good enough to warrant it? Where do you rank him in level of pitchers?

Jeff Zimmerman: If it’s like ours, his salary could go to 0 if he signs in the AL
