Mariners
• Josh Rojas (vs RHP) and Ryan Bliss (vs LHP) are in an infield platoon.
• Tyler Locklear seems only to be starting against lefties.
Orioles
• Jorge Mateo (.708 OPS) and Ramón Urías (.711 OPS) split time in the infield.
• Austin Hays (.679 OPS) and Colton Cowser (.751 OPS) are still splitting time in the outfield.
Rangers
• Leody Taveras (.612 OPS) has only started in three of the last five games.
Rays
• Yandy Díaz, Isaac Paredes, and Randy Arozarena remain the only regulars. Everyone else is in a timeshare.
Red Sox
• Dominic Smith (vs RHP) and Bobby Dalbec (vs LHP) are in a first base platoon.
• Enmanuel Valdez (.691 OPS) only faces righties and plays second base.
Royals
• For some unknown reason, Garrett Hampson (.694 OPS, 0 HR, 5 SB) has started in seven of the last 10 games.
• Since the first of July, MJ Melendez and Nelson Velázquez have not started in the outfield together. Both are playing about two-thirds of the time.
Tigers
• Justyn-Henry Malloy (.610 OPS) has started in only five of eight games.
• Wenceel Pérez (.703 OPS, 3 HR, 6 SB) with 10 straight starts.
Twins
• Austin Martin (.693 OPS, 1 HR, 6 SB) has started four straight games.

• Danny Mendick (.575 OPS) is sliding his way into second base by starting in four of the last five games.
Yankees
• DJ LeMahieu (.490 OPS) has started five straight games.
• Catcher-qualified Ben Rice has started at first base in two of three games since being promoted.
National League
Braves
• Jarred Kelenic (.815 OPS last 14 days) has led off for five straight games including one against a lefty (.419 OPS vs LHP in ’23).
• Ramón Laureano (.750 OPS) and Forrest Wall (.667 OPS) are splitting time in the outfield.
Brewers
• The outfield is a mess with Sal Frelick (.661 OPS), Blake Perkins (.675 OPS), and Jackson Chourio (.631 OPS) sharing two spots.
• Tyler Black has been promoted. He hit seventh and played first base with Rhys Hoskins as the DH. William Contreras will also DH, so Black might only play half to two-thirds of the time.
Cardinals
• No changes.
Cubs
• With Mike Tauchman on the IL, Nico Hoerner has led off the last two games.
• Michael Busch (.999 OPS over the last 28 days) has started in 13 of 15 games.
Diamondbacks
• Since returning from the IL, Geraldo Perdomo has started in seven of nine games. Over that time frame, he is hitting .320/.370/.360 with 0 HR and 0 SB.
Dodgers
• Andy Pages is hitting in the middle three lineup spots.
• Miguel Rojas has three of four starts at shortstop since Mookie Betts went on the IL.
• Miguel Vargas (vs LHP) and Jason Heyward (vs RHP) are in an outfield platoon.
• Cavan Biggio (vs RHP) and Enrique Hernández (vs LHP) are in a third base platoon.
Giants
• Brett Wisely (leading off when starting) is on the strong side of a shortstop platoon with Nick Ahmed on the weak side.
• Michael Conforto (vs RHP) and Austin Slater (vs LHP) are in a left field platoon.
• Mike Yastrzemski has started against the last two lefties.
Marlins
• Jesús Sánchez may no longer be in a platoon. He has started against the last three lefty starters.
Mets
• Over the last 10 games, Harrison Bader (.698 OPS) has started in seven games in centerfield with Tyrone Taylor (.630 OPS) starting in the other three
Nationals
• No major changes. Some movement with CJ Abrams banged up but nothing actionable.
Padres
• Manny Machado (.685 OPS) has started five of the last six games at third base so Donovan Solano (.746 OPS) may lose playing time.
Phillies
• Since Johan Rojas was demoted to AAA and Brandon Marsh returned from the IL, David Dahl has started in three of four games. There is a chance Dahl will only face right-handed starters.
Pirates
• Oneil Cruz (vs RHP) and Jared Triolo (vs LHP) are in a shortstop platoon. Cruz has a .837 OPS versus righties and .485 OPS versus lefties for his career.
Reds
• No changes.
Rockies
• Adael Amador (.394 OPS) has started in 10 of 11 games while batting ninth.
• Hunter Goodman (.875 OPS over the last two weeks) has started in five of the last six games, three at catcher.
• There has been some movement with Charlie Blackmon hurt.
• Michael Toglia (.661 OPS) is up to hitting fourth or fifth.
