Notable Workloads
•Félix Bautista, BAL: 30 pitches on Tuesday. | RosterResource
Bautista might need a couple days off after Tuesday’s meltdown. Yennier Cano, Shintaro Fujinami, and Danny Coulombe are the likeliest substitutes.
•Raisel Iglesias, ATL: 21 pitches on Tuesday; 15 pitches on Monday. | RosterResource
A.J. Minter and Joe Jiménez should both be good to go Wednesday.
•David Bednar, PIT: Four of the last five days; 24 pitches on Tuesday. | RosterResource
Colin Holderman or Carmen Mlodzinski would probably fill in with Bednar surely unavailable Wednesday.
•Kyle Finnegan, WSN: Three of the last four days and four of the last six; 13 pitches on Tuesday. | RosterResource
The Nationals were rained out Monday, which gave Finnegan a much-needed day of rest, but he might be back on the bench Wednesday. That said, Andrés Machado threw 30 pitches Tuesday and Jordan Weems is also in the three-of-four club, so Finnegan might just be needed.

Outlier Saves
•Dominic Leone, LAA | RosterResource
It’s been a real rough go of things for Carlos Estévez, who’s blown his last two save chances and ballooned his ERA from 1.88 to 3.57 in just three outings. He was surely unavailable Tuesday after 37 pitches between Sunday and Monday, leading the Angels to have Leone pitch the eighth and ninth in a tight ballgame against the Giants. He wasn’t particularly sharp, throwing just 16 of 28 pitches for strikes and giving up a homer to Wilmer Flores, but he was able to hang on for his first save of the year. He’s been solid since being acquired from the Mets at the deadline, giving up just one run in five innings.

Brieske’s gotta be in the picture for Detroit. He has the Tigers’ last two saves, granted Foley was on bereavement list for the last one. Lange just can’t throw strikes (18.3% walk rate and 27% zone rate)
