Ariel love your work. Please can you clarify the difference between your projections and auction prices? Are the auction prices simply a reflection of a representative sampling from various leagues? Or are they values based upon your projections?

The prices that I mention a player is “worth” is the ATC projections valued at a 15 team mixed 5×5 league (call it NFBC settings). I pick one format so that you can always compare players to. Not too shallow a league, but not deep like a mono league.
The “market” prices are derived from ADP to convert to an auction equivalent. I don’t think in terms of pure ADP, because that distorts value. ADP 40 to 50 is a bigger jump from 200 to 250, etc.
