Good list. Top 20 seems just about perfect. What’s the reasoning for Manaea, Heaney above Fried? Fried seems like a steal here.
Perhaps b/c there’s risk that Fried will spend time in the bullpen?
I dont see 5 better starts on ATL over Fried. Not sure I see 2.
