2. Casual Weather
PIT at KC- 25% chance of rain at game time, but it will have been raining much of the day and continue into the later part of the evening. Could be risky for postponement if the field conditions aren’t well taken care of.

CLE at MIN- 60% chance of rain at game time and throughout the game. Seems likely to be delayed or postponed.

CIN at STL- 20% chance of rain at game time, but likely to play.

BAL at NYY- 10% chance of rain at game time, but seems likely to play.

 

3. Favorite Stacks
Mariners vs Caleb Smith– Smith is making his first start since coming back from COVID-19 and has a history of struggling with homers.

Athletics vs Jordan Lyles– Lyles has been awful this year with seven home runs given up in 35.2 innings pitched.

Brewers vs Jon Lester– After a great start, Lester has really struggled in his last five outings, giving up 24 earned runs in 23.1 innings including eight home runs.

Coors Stack- It’s Coors!

Padres vs Johnny Cueto– Nothing against Johnny, but the Padres are worth a stack just about any night.

 

4. Favorite Hitting Plays
Catcher (Expensive): Austin Nola vs SF

Catcher (Punt/Value): Dalton Varsho vs SEA. Varsho has been mediocre since his call up, but the top prospect is a blue chipper for his offense. He has power in that bat and is cheap on this slate. Also consider Sean Murphy, Jacob Nottingham, Carson Kelly, and Tyler Stephenson.

1B (Expensive): Jose Abreu vs DET
1B (Punt/Value): Hunter Dozier vs PIT. Dozier started slowly coming back from COVID-19, but is starting to put it together and still affordable. Also consider Brandon Belt and Ronald Guzman.

2B (Expensive): Keston Hiura vs CHC
2B (Punt/Value): Dylan Moore at ARI. Moore has hit the ground running since returning from the IL and is now hitting .283/.366/.545 with six home runs and nine stolen bases on the season. Also consider Ty France and Nick Solak.

3B (Expensive): Anthony Rendon at COL
3B (Punt/Value): Ty France at ARI.France has been good when he gets playing time and the Mariners are giving him that opportunity right now. Also consider Maikel France, Erik Gonzalez, and Ke’Bryan Hayes.

SS (Expensive): Trevor Story vs LAA
SS (Punt/Value): Adalberto Mondesi vs PIT. Mondesi has been pretty terrible this year, but is starting to get it together over the last week, hitting .310 with two home runs and five stolen bases. He is still very cheap. Also consider Erik Gonzalez and Elvis Andrus.

OF (Expensive): Mike Trout, Mike Yastrzemski, Christian Yelich, Eloy Jimenez, Luis Robert.
OF (Punt/Value): Kyle Lewis, Kevin Pillar, Ramiel Tapia, Dylan Moore, Ryan Braun, Edward Oliveras, Jo Adell, Jorge Ona, Tim Locastro.

 

5. Favorite Pitching Plays
Cash Games: Shane Beiber, Lucas Giolito, Gerrit Cole, Kenta Maeda, Luis Castillo, Adam Wainwright, Brandon Woodruff
