Steven : Should I keep B Rodgers on my roster in a 13 team REDRAFT league, where including IL, top 400 players are rostered. He was just sent back down to the minors.

Jeff Zimmerman: I don’t think so. There is no way to know if he’ll play if promoted again.

Bravos Fan: Is there hope for Max Fried or should I start streaming instead? First 5 starts were great but the last 5 have been bad. I had the same situation with Joe Musgrove and choose to drop him.

Jeff Zimmerman: Fried is performing as expected: 4.11 4.15 3.64 4.02

Karl: My team is in desperate need of saves. All of the Braves relievers are available. Who do you see as the best pickup ROS? Or do you like another sleeper for saves going forward?

Jeff Zimmerman: Biagini in Tor, not sure in SF but someone will take over, Rondon in Det. As for Atl, I’m trying to pick up some Minter shares

Juan: With Moncada potentially going on the DL, would you prefer Kolton Wong or Guerriel Jr as a potential replacement?

Jeff Zimmerman: Jr

Slapshot: Could use a Kyle Hendricks replacement.  Go with Jimmy Nelson who I already rostered, or someone in the Yu Darvish/Sonny Gray/Steve Matz group off waivers?

Jeff Zimmerman: Matz and he has an OK 2-start week in two weeks

Pasta Fagioli: Deep, yearly redraft. Spec on SP….Mitch Keller (terrible 2 starts) or Forest Whitley with his injury. Also Haven’t heard much about the set back of Eovaldi. Any info?

Jeff Zimmerman: Keller since he’s been up, but move on quickly if he keeps struggling

Jimmer: Are you dropping Gardner or Kike Hernandez to pick up Puig in a 12-team mixed?

Jeff Zimmerman: Yes if I need power. Kike may provide the most SB and looks to have more playing time with Seager out

Richard: Not FAAB related, but Soroka too much to offer for Edwin Diaz if you’re needing saves?

Jeff Zimmerman: Yes but you may have to do it.

Jeff Zimmerman: Which brings up a point I made on Twitter earlier, FAAB should be tradable in all leagues. In this instance, Diaz could come back with 5% to 10% of FAAB budget to even it out.

Tony Watson: Am I a decent waiver stash?

Brian24: Should I run out Danny Duffy or Michael Pineda this week?  Duffy has starts in Seattle and at home against Minnesota, Pineda is @ KC and at home against Boston.

Mike : Top spec closers for trade candidates (Hand, Greene, Smith, Colome, etc) And otherwise?

MattyG Unit: Do you recommend holding a reserve spot for Brandon McKay or should I drop him and hope to be the first to scoop

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m 100% sure he’ll be up this year but I’m not sure when. He could just be up for the playoffs or could help get the Rays there.

leafs falling: who do you see getting the saves in toronto, any chance its Hudson and what kind of bid if so, 100 FA dollars with most at 80 or less now

Jeff Zimmerman: Hudson could. It’s that point where owners are just going to have to speculate from week-to-week.

AT: Is Trent Thornton worth rostering/ROS viable in 15-team NFBC? He did well against the Astros but is facing @BOS, @NYY, vs BOS/vs BAL two-start his next three weeks…

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m passing for some other arms. I think he’s a streamer and those matchups are worth streaming

Mikey N: AL Only Jose Suarez worth a bid? Only $35 of $100 FAAB left and need an arm to fill Carrasco spot

Jeff Zimmerman: Sure but you may be stuck at a $3 max

stan: would you rather have robles or mercado for the rest of this season?

Jeff Zimmerman: Wow …. Robles but it’s damn close

Tim: Anything to see with the Marlins rookie SPs Hernandez and Yamamoto?  How deep a league to roster each?

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m interested in Yamamoto. Some good traits but I’m not sure of his overall talent. He’s a roster and bench for me

Tim: Is JBJ figuring it out or on a hot streak?  Nothing I can find under the hood supports the strong recent results.

Jeff Zimmerman: But little pointed to the cold streak. I think this is what he is

Tommy W: 12 Team H2H points league. I have stacked batting but lack top tier pitching. Should I consider trading Ryu (or Giolito) and Hoskins for a Sale or Cole or that caliber?

Cory: I want to replace M Gonzales and/or M Perez in a keeper league.  Framber, M Kelly, Plesac, Lambert, Quantrill or old Lance Lynn

Jeff Zimmerman: Plesac and Quantrill

Jeff Zimmerman: I think they both have the most upside

JonBoy: Garrett Cooper or Yandy Diaz ROS? Are either a better option than Hosmer and Avisail Garcia in my UTL spot

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m a huge Cooper fan, so I’d lean him but it’s better to ask someone else

Jeff Zimmerman: This trade is all based on needs and who the players replace. I see it as fair.

Bench Peace: Trying to decide on a final bench piece, AL Only. I realize this is apples and oranges, but would you cut Tyler Naquin for an arm like Sampson, Brad Keller, or Tommy Milone? Thanks!

Bones: Hey Jeff – Odor disappointing in 5×5 10 team dynasty weekly scoring, but I can’t seem to shake him. Lourdes, Scooter and Dietrich our there, you drop him for any of them? If so, how do you rank them?

Andrew: Is it worth snagging Plesac in an AL only league for this coming week?  2 starts, but the @TEX is a little worrisome, especially with the warmer weather.  2nd start home vs Detroit.

Jeff Zimmerman: I like the talent on Moronta but I’m worried Watson’s contract will take precedence.
