Samuel L Chang: Bradley Zimmer and Adam Jones were both dropped in a 12-Team H2H redraft. How aggressively do you pursue? Drop Tepera?

Jeff Zimmerman: On dropping Tepera, depends if you need Saves. I be at 25% for Jones and less for Zimmer (playing time concerns)

Billy the Kid: Jeff, I like what I’m seeing out of Dustin Fowler and Muncy. In a deep 12-team mixed keeper league, would you drop Zimmer, Kingery or Alonso for either of them?

Jeff Zimmerman: You can drop Zimmer and Kingery for both. You both few spots have to be flexible.

Jeff Zimmerman: FYI, I am going through for Waiver Wire and FAAB questions. I will then go back for general fantasy questions.

carter: Sitting a couple points back of first in a roto 350 main. Pitching has been awesome offense is coming  around. Have  Chapman, and a struggling Felipe as closers. Also have Edubray Ramos and recently dropped Holland+ Soria. Going to lose some ground likely in saves where I am already middle of pack. Whose a good guy or two to speculate on saves?

Foxx Muldarr: Who are the top 3 RP’s to pickup for saves after the ASB?

Ryan: 10 team roto league and I need to drop one outfielder. Current outfield is fairly balanced but a little low on speed. Would you keep Max Kepler or Manuel Margot?

Jeff Zimmerman: Kepler but both have been disappointments.

Big Tuna: Somebody dropped Manaea in my 12 tm. Are you confident he can still be valuable in that size? Better than Fulmer or Kingham?

Jeff Zimmerman: Stick with Kingham

Big Tuna: If I need HR and RBI, should I drop Camargo for Zobrist in a 12 tm?

Jeff Zimmerman: How deep are your benches? Stick with Camargo but look for other power sources.

Big Tuna: If I’m 1st in Steals but need HR and RBI, is it fair to trade Cain for Moose in a 12 tm OPS? Donaldson and Devers are killing me

Jeff Zimmerman: Probably not but the move will make your team better so do it.

Jason: I own Josh Hader in every league I’m in, but he has become almost worthless in my h2h points league now that Knebel is back. Giles and Vizcaino available. I’m salty even considering dropping someone like Hader but pick up one and drop Hader? Again, h2h points league. Thanks!

Jeff Zimmerman: Maybe trade Hader but his value may be completely different in points leagues

John: Need an extra reliever in a 14 team dynasty with saves and holds and 15 minors league spots. Any lesser known potential studs on your radar for either category?

Vegan Man!: I’ve punted saves in a 12 team h2h and have moved up 5 spots since deciding to do so. Better strategy moving forward – own high quality RP like Devenski, Betances, Robertson, Winkler, etc. to help with k’s and ratios, or stream a few SP per week? Thanks!

Jeff Zimmerman: It’s a balancing act and good like. I’d keep the good ratios and then destroy them later if you need the K’s and W’s

Jeff Zimmerman: Possibly and I own him everywhere. I think non-Murphy owners could try to get Murphy for cheap as his owner get frustrated.

LOOGY Down Productions: Good evening, Jeff, thanks for these chats, they are the best. In a 12-team mixed 6×6 (OBP + QS) keep 3, I have a pitching staff of: Weaver, Wood, Ohtani, Gray, Bundy, Carrasco, Newcomb, Diaz, Vizcaino and Nelson on the DL. I sit 6/12 and dead last in W and QS. Should I give up hope on this league or are their some guys to work with here? Sorry if this is annoying question, but I am just trying to get a baseline for moving forward. Thanks!!!

Jeff Zimmerman: You have to hope go all out with 2-start guys and hope to make up ground. Owners can rarely win with 0’s in two categories

Trip: Trying to replace the loss of Rhys and Donaldson with Daniel Palka, Yuli, or Kendrys…blech. Palka seems like he may be the most interesting?

Jeff Zimmerman: Agree 100%. I think Palka is really underrated. Also, check out Yairo Munoz. Just 23 and having a breakout season.

robbob: Is this version of Candelario sustainable? A quick glance at his table and nothing immediately strikes me as due for regression.

Jeff Zimmerman: 5% max. We just don’t know when he’ll return. And when he does, he may be sent down again.

TS: Need to clear some space in my 6×6 (OPS) lineup. I’m in decent shape in all offensive categories. Which one do I drop of Andrelton Simmons, Justin Bour, Cesar Hernandez, and Ryan Braun?

Mr. G: Betances dropped in my league. SVs and HLDS (separate) categories in 12 tm H2H. Drop Minter for him?

Nate Eovaldi: Should Eovaldi be owned in 12-team leagues? Thoughts on his return/what he’ll do ROS?

Jeff Zimmerman: No, and I am probably the low man on him. I expect no positive production.

Matthew: Which curremt minor leaguers do see making an impact rest of season?

Matthew: Willy Adames worth a stash in a deep, 14 team league?

Jeff Zimmerman: Adames is for sure one. Kopech and Jimenez for the WS.

kuff6: 5×5 obp instead of avg, play Jankowski or G Polanco this week?  What about Luis Castillo (vs STL) or J Gray (@CIN)?  Thanks!

Dr. Want: 10 team Dynasty League. I need organizational depth . Stassi and JR Murphy at catcher and Muncy and Franmill Reyes. Any have legit upside or just marginal players to hold spots until the next upgrade? I know its your job but thanks.

Jeff Zimmerman: I like Reyes’s upside of the four. I think the others will be replacement  players.

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m not sure but I had an H2H team tied up going into the championship final weekend and they went 6 for 60. Brutal.

Jeff Zimmerman: The one playoff team I’m following closely is the Phillies [originally I said Nationals]. Their closers suck and could use a real closer. All the rest of the closers going to a new team will no close.

Jeff Zimmerman: I’m fine with benching Godley to see if he figures it out. As for dropping him, the MR needs to be elite to make the move.
