RE Eovaldi’s Split.

This is one pitch that will not be falling by the wayside. The Yanks are committed to getting Eovaldi to be comfortable with it. It it certainly inconsistent but when it’s good, it’s pretty friggin good.

Against the Sox, he was in full-on throw whats put down mode. No shaking off. So he seems to be taking to the approach and trusts McCann/Yanks staff.

I think by June we’ll see some real results showing in his outcomes. Hopefully cuz I’m a Yankee fan and am invested. We’ll see…
