Love the pod. Thanks for sticking with it through the off-season. Was wondering if you could address projections and valuations. I’d love to do my own projections but lack the time, what with having a job and all. I would like to crib off a projection system then create valuations based on my leagues. Do you have a go-to projection system to recommend for hitters/pitchers? Any thoughts on this approach to valuations? Thanks.

Curious on your thoughts on Sabathia. By whiffs, you are looking at an above average fastball,very nice sinker, good changeup, and above average slider. Not sure the velocity will ever come back, but I feel a lot of his struggles can be chalked up to mechanical problem and poor command up in the zone due to injury.. Is he a guy you are buying low on next year as maybe a fantasy #3? If you are getting whiffs on 90mph fastballs. you got to believe a bit, right?
