Paul Sporer Rotographs Chat – July 7th

Chat starts around 2:00 PM CT!

2:07
Paul Sporer: How’s everyone doing today? We’ll start up soon!

2:08
John: 12 team keeper league, need to drop one of the following to activate Strasburg: Ian kennedy, Pineida, Paxton, Josh Harrison (leaving me with a 1 man bench and no backup 2B). Suggestions?

2:08
Paul Sporer: Kennedy. He “leads” baseball in HR rate. Too dangerous

2:08
Not your buddy, Guyer: What’s the deal with Trayce Thompson? Would you drop him for any of Guyer, Kepler, Souza or Asche in a 12-team OBP 5 OF league?

2:09
Paul Sporer: Trayce is ice-cold. I can get behind hot-handing that spot

2:09
Chris: How concerned are you about Harvey long term? I can move him and Tai Walker to land Anderson Espinoza and Folty in my dynasty league. Or I can shop Harvey to get Glasnow.

2:10
Paul Sporer: I’d rather shop him for a hitter otherwise you could be in the same predicament in a year or two. This just in: pitching is super-risky. Btw, consider Strasburg’s 2015 before freaking out about Harvey long-term

2:10
scooter225: 10tm AL only 25man roster … Good save candidates for 2nd half that could be available on waiver wire? Just picked up Ryan Dull

2:11
Paul Sporer: Dull was a nice pick-up. Not a lot of uncertainty in AL pens to speculate on. Maybe Texas brings over someone from NL to buy

2:11
Pat: Could you rank this group for ROS only? J. Ross, Giolito, Odorizzi, Stroman, Nola

2:12
Paul Sporer: Nola, Odorizzi, Stroman, Giolito, and Ross – shoulders are worrisome which really hurts Ross

2:12
Joseph: CJ Cron–Hot hot week, or a 26-year old breaking out?

2:13
Paul Sporer: I do like that he’s been good v. RHP this year. I think it’s somewhat believable, if only because a 122 OPS+ isn’t THAT outlandish

2:13
Russ: RoS: Puig or Gardner?

2:13
Paul Sporer: I’ll go Puig there.

2:13
Paul: 12 team h2h obp/slg league. Traded Papi/Harris/Bauer for Bum/S Marte/OverEasy Yay or nay?

2:13
Paul Sporer: Ya that works

2:13
Corky: Is there any hope for any of my pitchers to be better in the 2nd half – Keuchel, Stroman, W. Chen, Iwakuma, McCullers?

2:14
Paul Sporer: I really like McCullers. He actually JUST walked me, but he’s really tough to hit (I think we’re seeing some BABIP volatility in his hit rate) and can get tons of Ks. The BBs will come down

2:14
Dewey: Thoughts on Rich Hill and Alex Wood in the 2nd half?

2:14
Paul Sporer: Both injury risks, but I love Hill when pitching. I could see him finding his way to a contender, too. Perhaps back to Boston. never been a huge Alex Wood fan

2:14
Young Jeezy: Gerrit Cole or Justin Verlander ROS? 12 team H2H points league redraft.

2:16
Paul Sporer: Tigers don’t get Cleveland again until September (15 ER v. JV) so I’ll go with JV barely

2:16
Jimothy: Is it worth it to keep stashing Zunino in an AL Keeper? I mean the Mariners opted for Jesus Sucre over him…

2:17
Paul Sporer: I’m really not hot on Z, but catcher has been SO bad that I’d take a shot at this point

2:17
JTP: Think Stroman has turned the corner?

2:18
Paul Sporer: It’s just 2 starts, but I’m not surprised to see him improve. I’d still only tab him as a mid-3.00s rest of way.

2:18
Tinkers Evers Chance: Adam Duvall – sell high?

2:19
Paul Sporer: You could, but I think the power will remain

2:19
Mike: AJ Reed worth rostering in 10-team redraft?

2:19
Paul Sporer: Ehhhh, if you aren’t cutting someone worthwhile

2:19
BT: I have Murphy, Zobrist, and Panik that can cover second base but Dee Gordon is still on the waiver wire, drop Panik to grab Gordon?

2:20
Paul Sporer: Sure, if you need the SBs

2:21
Josh: What do I do w/ Jose Abreu? Dude’s been a huge bust.

2:21
Paul Sporer: Hasn’t been great, but .263-22-98 pace isn’t a huge bust IMO

2:21
knasty3890: Is Joe Flacco elite?

2:21
Paul Sporer: Super-clutch

2:21
Lou Stool : Kepler or Revere ROS?

2:21
Paul Sporer: That’s gotta be needs-based bc they’re so different

2:21
Michelle: 14 team mixer with 45-man rosters. Blessed with 4 SS’s (Villar, Semien, Tulo, and Jose Reyes). Looking to get rid of Reyes. What’s a reasonable asking price?

2:22
Paul Sporer: Whatever the market will bear, tbh. Really difficult for me to identify that because it’s entirely based on standings, needs, and what your other leaguemates will pay

2:22
Dustin McGowan: I miss when Manny Machado would run. Why isn’t he running anymore? He’s still super awesome but if he could get me 15ish steals like he used to, that would be v helpful!

2:23
Paul Sporer: 6 SB per 162 games from 2012-14 then a spike to 20 last year. Not sure we should be too surprised by the fall off. Steals are remarkably volatile which is why they’re tough to rely on from anyone but the true rabbits like B-Ham, Revere, and that ilk

2:23
Friend: Is Lonnie Chisenhall destined to be a dude who has a string of awesome games so you pick him up on waivers only to have him do nothing in your lineup only to drop him so some other poor sucker can fall for the same trap forever and ever?

2:24
Paul Sporer: Ya, I mean. He’s a capable major leaguer so he will have stretches of usefulness, but he’s not a star so tough to rely on him

2:24
Lance: Need saves badly: Puig too much to give up for Osuna in 10-team redraft?

2:24
Paul Sporer: No, Osuna is a beast

2:24
Who is John Gant?: In a league with limited keeper spots, Urias puts you in a bit of a bind, right? Will still have an innings limit next year, no more data points for this year, and hasn’t been dominant enough to be clearly worth the stash. Total question mark.

2:25
Paul Sporer: Totally agree. Would be a question mark as a 20 y/o SP without the IP concerns, those just make it a lot worse. Tough keep in anything but NL-only and dynasty

2:25
Ian: Would you deal Correa/Tillman for Stras/Semien in a H2H points, keep 3? Points so SP are super key and have Trout/Kershaw/Thor as other potential keepers to offset Correa… Just have visions of rolling Kershaw, Thor, Strasburg, Tanaka in a playoff week.

2:28
Paul Sporer: I would honestly say not to give any real consideration to the keeper aspect right now. You’re trying to win and that’s what matters. If you think this makes the team better, push forward. I generally prefer the Correa side, but if pitching is v important then you might want to get Stras just so you have volume to cover things in the playoffs. Consider that all four of those horses are risky. Kershaw already on DL. Thor has elbow issues. Stras just off DL. Tanaka UCL tear he’s been playing through. Feels weird that RIGHT NOW, Tanaka is the safest of that group

2:28
Papi: What’s wrong with Y. Grandal this year? Can he recover? Droppable in 14 team OBP league?

2:29
Paul Sporer: This dates back to last year. http://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.aspx?pos=c&stats=bat&lg=all&qual=200&type=8&season=2016&month=10&season1=2016&ind=0&team=0&rost=0&age=0&filter=&players=0&sort=17,a Could just be the shoulder, but injuries have been a long issue for Grandal

2:29
Gary: Do you think we see Bregman or Benintendi after the ASG? Who’s up first?

2:30
Paul Sporer: No idea who comes first, but yeah I think we can see ’em both, though I wouldn’t be surprised if Benintendi isn’t up for another team after a big trade

2:30
Pesky: Rank for ROS: Eickhoff, Paxton, DeSclafani?

2:30
Paul Sporer: Pax, Eick, Desc

2:31
Sammy Meatballs is a loon: Trevor May closes in Min. when?

2:31
Paul Sporer: …he starts pitching better?

2:31
Russ: looking toward h2h playoffs… should roster construction philosophy be any different for the post season?

2:31
Paul Sporer: It should be whatever wins. The fantasy playoffs aren’t really any different, unless your scoring changes, right?

2:32
Lance: Leave Verjiggity on the pine tonight at Rogers Centre?

2:32
Paul Sporer: Verjiggity? But no, I wouldn’t. I start my studs

2:32
All Betts Off: Very deep redraft. SP’s are at a premium. Will Karns stay in the Pen ROS?

2:33
Paul Sporer: I can see him getting back in as needs arise for SEA

2:33
knasty3890: Given the lack of SP on the market and no big name SP available in the offseason. Should bubble teams like Miami try to trade Fernandez due to his value will never be higher

2:34
Paul Sporer: No, they’re 2.5 out of the WC. You can still get more in the offseason with that kind of deal.

2:34
Gavin: Pineda good enough to get three outs an inning. Why go to the stretch at all when that’s where everything falls apart. Let them run! He’ll get out of it! What is so crazy about that?

2:35
Paul Sporer: Might not be a bad idea (~.870 OPS w/runners on the last 2 yrs)

2:35
Lucas: 12 team H2H redraft. Offered Brett Gardner for David Robertson. I already have 5 closers for four spots. Good value?

2:36
Paul Sporer: Pretty fair deal

2:36
Sammy Meatballs is a loon: How many innings left for Taillon IF he comes back this year?

2:37
Paul Sporer: Maybe ~40?

2:37
Sandy Leon: Will I be better than Jason Castro or Yan Gomes ROS?

2:38
Paul Sporer: No

2:38
Gest : How confident are you in kershaw’s ability to bounce back from this back injury?

2:38
Paul Sporer: Very

2:38
Dr. Met: wong and grichuk gonna get all the PT now with Carp down? Who is the better bet to rebound?

2:39
Paul Sporer: Gimme Grich

2:39
Cat-Dog: Bregman is almost getting over-hyped at this point, should I sell even in an AL Dynasty league or is he too rare of a talent?

2:39
Lance: Alex Bregman fantasy-relevant enough that you’d be stashing him in 10-team redraft yet?

2:40
Paul Sporer: I do think he’s a bit overrated right now to the point where expectations are that he will DEFINITELY click upon arrival and that’s just tough to put on anyone. I wouldn’t hold him in 10-teamers

2:40
Paul Sporer: Let’s go ahead and move on from Bregman questions after those

2:40
LudeBurger: Sporer, you think Chad green stays in the rotation?

2:41
Paul Sporer: I can see it. It’s not like they’re brimming w/SP options. And Green was great in AAA, too

2:41
Rick: Does Shane Greene deserve/get another chance in the Tigers rotation?

2:44
Paul Sporer: Probably and yes.

2:44
Austin A: Who is Max Kepler?

2:45
Patrick: You worried about Joe Musgrove? Started off red hot but hasn’t been too sharp as of late? (Last start in June was aight)

2:45
Paul Sporer: Well he jumped to AAA so the higher level presented a challenge. Three of his eight AAA starts have been pretty lame. I’m not too worried, though

2:45
Johnny T: How do you feel about Espinosa? He worth dumping Starlin Castro for? (Javier Baez worth more than Espinosa?)

2:47
Paul Sporer: Baez is basically a younger version of Espy w/a bit more upside, so I’d go Baez. Baez, Espy, Castro is probably how I’d rank them. Maybe Espy tops if you really need pop since his PT is stronger

2:47
Jackie T. : Is there a way we can make the chats searchable in the top search bar? It would be great if we could see search to see when a player has been discussed in a chat.

2:48
Paul Sporer: I feel you can just Ctrl-F the transcript, right?

2:48
John: Sell high on Starling Marte, or will the speed still keep him valuable even as the babip comes down?

2:49
Paul Sporer: he’s been a great player now for 3.5 seasons. Not sure I’d run away from that

2:49
Dr. Met: schoop’s breakout continues from last year, or just a hot streak? still not really walking but can he be a 2b adam jones typ eplayer?

2:50
Paul Sporer: I love Schoop. He’s started cutting into the K% and I still think he can add to the BB% in the future. Just 24 y/o still.

2:50
Zoo Nino: Why did I get sent down? Were you entertained? 2 HR and only 1 K in 7 AB!

2:50
Paul Sporer: You mean, “were you not entertained”?

2:51
TJ: In 12 team 30 man roster dynasty I just traded Drew Pomeranz and Rafael Devers for Chris Archer. How did I do?

2:52
Paul Sporer: Not a bad deal at all, even as a big Pomy fan

2:52
Mel: Soria look like the guy to you while Wade Davis is out?

2:53
Paul Sporer: I think it’s Herrera first

2:53
12 Team Redraft H2H: What sort of bat could I get for Braun and Price? Looking to free up a roster spot for Brantley coming off the DL, and my staff is solid (Kersh, Thor, Bum, Price, Shark, Shoe, Aaron Sanchez)

2:53
Paul Sporer: A really good one, presumably. Those are two good players

2:53
Jackie T. : McCullers or Pineda in a QSs league? Really need those QSs.

2:54
Paul Sporer: I prefer L-Mc

2:54
Ryan: Im worried about Cargo being traded, his away splits are discouraging. Is Conforto plus a piece a good enough return in dynasty?

2:55
Paul Sporer: Ehhh, I guess. But I don’t think he’d fall apart w/another. A factor in his road stats is the Coors hangover, so losing that would help counterbalance some hit from leaving Coors

2:55
Steve: In a 12-team standard H2H, would you drop Brett Gardner for Max Kepler? He’s on a tear.

2:55
Paul Sporer: Sure, take a shot.

2:55
Josh: Kang was just dropped in my 12 team mixer. Is he worth an add over Reddick? Bregman better than both when he gets the call?

2:57
Paul Sporer: Understanding that Kang’s fantasy value is absolutely secondary to these allegations against him, I’d go Reddick, Kang, Bregman in terms of rank

2:57
Mojo: 10 team, standard, H2H, keep 8 at cost of round drafted (+inflation). Prefer Kluber (can keep for a 12th rounder) or Darvish (22nd) – or look to swap both for help this year?

2:57
Paul Sporer: Definitely prefer Darvish at a 10-rd discount

2:57
Dr. Met: Re: machado running, even trout slowed down his steals to focus on power. i thought i read someone say that steals contributed more to fatigue and injury risk so easy choice to slow that part of the game down

2:59
Paul Sporer: Yeah I feel like we always see these heart of the lineup studs stop running or at least not do it with bankable reliability once they become the superstar. The “bankable” part is the key, though, because Trout himself is back to running more this year.

2:59
Dave: Any reason to hold McGee in a non-holds league? Would you drop him for Soria?

3:00
Paul Sporer: Ya, espec. w/Ottavino on his way back, too

3:00
Tom: Melvin Upton the real deal or is he a prime sell-high guy? Thanks!

3:01
Paul Sporer: It’s only a .743 OPS, so ya I think it’s real. He has pop and speed and as long as he’s healthy, those are staying IMO

3:01
Josh: Taillon is on waivers in my 12 team mixer. Is he worth a claim over the likes of Gio, McHugh, or McCarthy?

3:02
Paul Sporer: Ehhhh, probably not. Just not that many innings left in the tank this year. I’d probably look toward the others

3:02
mookie best: Am I crazy to ponder benching McCutchen for platoon-advantage Reddick or Duvall (also have betts & jbj)? Daily transactions so I can act when Cutch gets hot but damn he’s frustrating, esp when I have options… thanks dude

3:04
Paul Sporer: I’m usually strongly a “start-your-studs” guy, but I like your gameplan here and the ability to drop him in if he does catch fire makes it easier to bench him for a bit in favor of Reddick / Duvall in their favorable matchups.

3:04
Josh Bell: All I have ever done, since being a highly touted HS player is hit. I’m .300/.370/.460 for my career in the minors but never been a top 25

3:05
Paul Sporer: Solid top-50, though. 1B prospects don’t always get their love

3:05
Rags: Is W Chen back?

3:06
Paul Sporer: I think he’ll be better than a 5-something, but I do worry about the surge in HRs across the league really impacting him

3:06
Kevin Durant : Do you have any inside info on when the Yankees will deal chapman to the Cubs for Jorge Soler

3:07
Paul Sporer: I couldn’t have less inside info 🙂

3:07
JTP: Is Rodon worth holding out on?

3:07
Paul Sporer: Really depends on league size/type

3:07
Paul Sporer: Meant to get this disclaimer out earlier, but please include league context otherwise it’s really tough to give good answers

3:08
Will: Is Sano for Cole fair value? Should i be setting my sights lower or could I do better if I package someone like Osuna with Sano. Badly need pitching help and am about to punt saves in a 12 team 5×5 redraft league

3:09
Paul Sporer: I’d give that a shot. It’d be a nice buy-low on Cole (not that low, Sano is no shlock, obv)

3:09
Mojo: Standard 5 hitting cats (w/ avg): pls rank by future value (over next 3-4 years): Story, Semien, Nunez, D Travis. Thanks

3:12
Paul Sporer: Story, Travis, Semien and Nunez… I know I just ranked the All-Star last, but we have 1240 PA of mediocrity before this so I’m not sure this is the start of some renaissance for Nunez

3:12
Who is John Gant?: If T. Shaw had broken his foot last night, would there have been much of a chance that we’d soon see Holt at 3B and Benintendi manning left field? I was excited there for a moment…(Sorry Travis, you’re cool too)

3:12
Paul Sporer: Bro

3:13
Paul Sporer: Don’t ever be excited about someone possibly getting hurt

3:13
Gorky: 10-team redraft SS challenge trade: Correa for Xander. Which side you got ROS?

3:13
Paul Sporer: Correa, but it’s agonizing to really pick one over the other.

3:14
Paul Sporer: Please don’t repeat questions, y’all. I’m moving as quickly as I can.

3:14
AJ: 12 team keep forever OBP/SLG, I’m out of contention. Should I trade JBJ/Nola for Dahl/1st?

3:14
Paul Sporer: What can you get with that 1st? I’d say no, tbh

3:14
Tino Martinez: How would you rank these pitchers ROS: Darvish, Hendricks, McCullers, Shoemaker, S. Wright …. thanks!

3:17
Paul Sporer: McCullers, Hendricks, Shoe, Darvish, Wright … I think Darvish will be really volatile and could get hurt again. I just don’t like post-TJ guys in Year 1. Betting on McCullers to cut that BB%, but I think he will

3:18
Pepperoni: I’m considering targeting cespedes in a 10 team NL Only keeper (keep 8). What is the likelihood he opts out of his deal, potentially wrecking my plan if he ends up in the AL

3:18
Paul Sporer: Strong and then TBD on where he’d go. That’s why you can’t really plan that far ahead in keeper leagues.

3:18
Bork: I think I took a wrong turn somewhere. Can you direct me to the local ludeburger?

3:18
Paul Sporer: No, it’s here. Try the ludeburger and cocaine shake combo

3:18
Mojo: Seems a little crazy, but Duvall or Bautista RoS (5×5 w/ Avg)? Seems like Bautista should be safer, but injured + Duvall has been good.

3:20
Paul Sporer: Still prefer Bautista.

3:20
Christian: Do you believe in the second half downfall that everyone seems to be predicting for Jason Hammel?

3:21
Paul Sporer: We discussed it a bit on the pod. It’s not bc he sees the calendar and just turns to shit, I think it’s a durability thing. He just struggles to make it through an entire season with health. So yeah, I do kinda buy it. He’ is 33 after all

3:21
Matt Lattos: Odds that post-trade deadline, Beni is in the AL? I lose him if he goes to the NL so maybe I should deal him… I am in a pennant race

3:21
Paul Sporer: 72%? If you’re in a race, I’d definitely deal him even w/out the potential trade looming

3:22
natsfan: Hey Paul! 10-team AL only league with 10 ptchers. My 5/6 starters are Miley and Eovaldi. Barring a big trade, logical to go bullpen heavy? I have Miller, Allen and CWS closer

3:22
Paul Sporer: Poor David Robertson. You don’t even remember his name! But yeah, I think you can focus on RPs and maybe stash Miley/Eovaldi to see if they turn around

3:23
Zoo Nino: Man, in my 10-Team AL $200 cap lg, I just got offered half seasons each of Archer, Paxton, E5, and Cano for 2 yrs Trout ($16), 3 yrs Profar ($1) and 2 yrs Darvish ($3) and $1 Chad Green. I have a narrow lead but need AVG, Wins, ERA & WHIP. Suck it up and lose my keepers to win, or would you hold?

3:23
Paul Sporer: I’m not sure this trade guarantees you the win, so no. I’d need a lot more bankable talent to deal that haul

3:25
BT: On panik/gordon – don’t need steals because it’s a points league but I’m thinking that I can move zobrist to OF and murphy to 3B once gordon returns. Just questioning how much of an upgrade it will be if gordon is cold coming back

3:25
Paul Sporer: Ah, ok. I could certainly see Gordon outscoring Panik, but it’s not a slamdunk in that case

3:26
Darren: Back end of AL only keeper league — sell a $1 J.A. Happ for reasonable value or Iwakuma or Smyly on the cheap?

3:26
Paul Sporer: I’d sell Happ, still the lowest ceiling of the 3 IMO

3:26
RZA: Junior Guerra a hold or a stream in 10-team?

3:27
Paul Sporer: I’d hold him right now

3:27
Matt Lattos: Verlander is Vermonster. Verjiggity? That doesn’t even make sense.

3:27
Paul Sporer: What is happening?

3:27
John: Is Ryu 12 team worthy ROS?

3:28
Paul Sporer: If you have a free spot, I’d gamble. I like Ryu.

3:28
doug: its annoying seeing people ask you the same questions they ask eno an hour prior, minus the beer questions of course

3:28
Paul Sporer: I’m sorry :-\

3:28
Matt Lattos: Dae-Ho Lee or Mauer ROS?

3:29
Matt Lattos: Based on his batted ball profile and exit velocity, shouldn’t Mauer be hitting for better avg and power, or am I missing something?

3:29
Paul Sporer: Dae-ho, but I agree that Mauer should probably have a better AVG at the very least

3:30
Snowflake: I have to start two of Paxton @ KC, Archer @ Bos, and J. Gray v. Phi. Who would you sit? H2H points

3:31
Paul Sporer: Think I’d actually sit Archer at BOS

3:31
Young Jeezy: what’s up with Adrian Gonzalez? BA and OBP is fine. But 6 HR’s at the break?!?!

3:32
Paul Sporer: Ya, lots of GB% I wonder if it might be a nagging injury situation that he was able to play through

3:32
Ella: Are people really getting excited about Bud Freaking Norris just because he got traded to the Dodgers?

3:32
Paul Sporer: I sure hope not

3:32
The Kid: Predict the future. Go!

3:32
Paul Sporer: I will remain awesome!

3:32
Dan O: H2H points league with 3 keepers. I got Fulmer…I like my team to make a deep playoff run. Deal him for a good bat to a non playoff team, or will I regret not having him as a keeper?

3:33
Paul Sporer: I’ll reiterate an earlier pt, don’t focus on keepers w/a contending team. I’d consider dealing him.

3:33
Pepperoni: Samardzjia has been pretty bad recently (1 QS in his last 7 starts). Do you foresee him righting the ship a bit, or was the first 6 weeks or so a mirage?

3:36
Paul Sporer: I think he will be OK, but more mid-to-upper 3.00s than the sub-3.00s from early in the season

3:37
doug: did you see the petition to ban zack hample from all MLB games? https://www.change.org/p/rob-manfred-ban-zack-hample-from-mlb-stadiums-for-life

3:37
Paul Sporer: LOL, I’m sure that’ll go through

3:37
Zorak: Espinosa or Turner ROS?

3:39
Paul Sporer: Turner

3:39
Nem: I’m running out of superlatives for Maikel Franco. You bullish on him ROS?

3:39
Paul Sporer: Ya, I’m a huge fan of Franco

3:40
Scott: Do you sell high on Villar’s first half or is the guy for real?

3:41
Paul Sporer: He will continue to run, but I think the AVG and pwr will come down a bit. I’d keep him

3:42
Nolan: My Trout and Tillman for his Lester, Bautista, and Posey in a H2H points league?

3:43
Paul Sporer: Not a bad deal, but I’m not sure I want to trade Trout

3:44
Colin: Sell Fulmer for Betances in a 10 team holds league?

3:44
Paul Sporer: No

3:44
Ryan: I only knew about one type of Coors hangover, but two? Thanks Paul!

3:44
Paul Sporer: LOL ya, Coors really jacks hitters up on the road

3:44
Seth: traded britton for sonny gray and kole calhoun and am punting saves entirely–am i a crazy person?

3:45
Paul Sporer: Not sure the league parameters, but it’s not awful if you’re punting saves

3:45
Matt: David Ortiz for Arrieta in a 10 team redraft. I’d be giving up Arrieta. Thoughts?

3:45
Paul Sporer: That works if you need the big offense

3:46
Billy: Who has the better chance to be a solid fantasy catcher at this point: Hedges/Zunino?

3:46
Paul Sporer: Z

3:46
Christian: what do we do with Drew Smyly? Would you drop him for Junior Guerra?

3:46
Paul Sporer: Cry. I’d actually be OK with that in shallower leagues

3:47
Little Papi: I rejected the following trade in a keeper league: Machado for Franco & Thor. Was it idiotic on my part to not take the duo? I’m playing Manny as my SS. Kang is my other SS. DeGrom, Kluber and King Felix are part of my rotation.

3:47
Paul Sporer: No it wasn’t. I’m perfectly OK keeping Machado

3:48
Jack: Addison Russell heating up lately. What do you think his peak batting line will be in about 4 years?

3:50
