I never nominate a guy I want early.
Over the years, I have found this to be a poor tactic on the whole. At worst, you should be nominating a player that you ‘want’ some 30-40% of the time early on. But typically, the figure is closer to 60-70% for me.
You are throwing away numerous purposeful nominations by doing so. In the show we give a number of examples of reasons why.
Oh, I listened. I think this is a leak, for sure. Reconsidering greatly.
