E5 will likely be the everyday DH for the Yankees moving forward, which will push Giancarlo Stanton into the outfield regularly and displace Brett Gardner. However, the Yankees have dealt with injuries all season, so this should work itself out one way of another.

Hunter Renfroe hit two home runs on Sunday bringing his total to 23 on the season.

Renfroe is reportedly on the trade block as the Padres look to clear up their outfield and like address some of their pitching woes. Moving out of Petco and getting full time playing time could be a boon for his overall value. It may be time to buy high on Renfroe.

According to Martin Gallegos, Jesus Luzardo will move up to AAA for his next start on June 22nd. Luzardo has impressed in his return from a shoulder injury and could be making his case to be in the Athletics rotation in the near future. He has yet to go deeper than four innings in his first two appearances, so if he is going to start for the A’s he will need time to build up strength. Expect him to be in the Majors around the All-Star Break barring any setbacks.

According to Jonathan Mayo of MLB.com, the White Sox are calling up prospect Zack Collins. Collins is a hit first catching prospect that went in the first round of the draft in 2016. There are questions about his defense, but he has a ton of power. He has struggled with contact and striking out in the minors, but does take a ton of walks. With how bad Welington Castillo has been, there is a real chance Collins is here to stay and with him being Dylan Cease’s personal catcher in the minors, Cease could be up relatively soon as well.

Teoscar Hernandez hit two home runs versus the Astros in the Blue Jays win on Sunday. Hernandez has always been a StatCast hero, but has yet to translate that into on the field production at the plate. He is hitting .282/.349/.615 with three home runs since being recalled on June 5th. He is worth picking up for the hot streak in case he can sustain it for longer than just a while.

Quick Hits
Hunter Pence left Sunday’s game after injuring his groin in the outfield. The injury is being characterized as tightness, but this could end him up on the IL. Consider him day-to-day for now.

Yoan Moncada left Sunday’s game with a recurrence of back spasms. He is expected to play on Tuesday and is considered day-to-day.

Kurt Suzuki left Sunday’s game after being hit in the collarbone area while trying to block a pitch. He attempted to stay in the game, but was feeling dizzy and was removed as a precaution. He is considered day-to-day at this time.

Jose Alvarado has returned to the U.S., but will not be activated from the restricted list right away. The Rays want him to get some work in at extended Spring Training before being activated to the roster.

Franmil Reyes is dealing with neck stiffness. Reyes did not play over the weekend, missing out on the series in Colorado which could have been extremely profitable. He is considered day-to-day right now.

Giancarlo Stanton is expected to be activated from the IL on Tuesday. Stanton has been out since the end of March and suffered multiple setbacks, but that appears to be in the rearview mirror now.

Streaming Pitching Options (Less than 50% owned)
Pitcher for Today: None

High Risk Options: Felix Pena at TOR
Pena hasn’t been great as of late, but is the best of a thin slate and has a decent matchup versus the Blue Jays.

Pitcher for Tomorrow: None
Some interesting high risk matchups, but no one I am very confident about.

High Risk Options: Jordan Yamamoto at STL, Shaun Anderson at LAD, Antonio Senzatella at ARI, Mitch Keller vs DET.

Elias Diaz also wore the same tie, must have been an MLB wide option.
