Various News and Notes
Vince Velasquez was placed on the the 10-Day DL with a contusion in his right arm. Velasquez was nailed in the arm with an Adam Eaton comebacker, but was still able to make this awesome play:

Adrian Beltre stated to reporters that if he plays in 2019, he wants it to be with the Rangers. Beltre is showing some loyalty to the Texas fans, but this makes you wonder if it means that he will veto a trade to another organization. Beltre has been rumored to be on the trade block, but he has a full no-trade clause in his contract and could exercise it to stay in Texas.

Jorge Polanco will make his return from his 80-game suspension for performance enhancing drugs. Polanco played well in AAA as he ramped up to be activated, hitting .462/.533/.615 in four games. He should slide right back in at shortstop for the Twins.

Streaming Pitchers Options
A pitcher for today: None
Hail Mary Option: Nick Kingham @LAD

A pitcher for tomorrow: Anthony Desclafani vs CHW
Desclafani has been ok so far this year and if he can keep the ball in the yard, that would push him up a bunch. The White Sox have the lowest BB/K in the Majors this year against right-handed pitchers.

Is it me, or is fantasy baseball in general pretty quiet this year?
