The Roto Riteup is back for 2015, baby! David Wiers and I will be your hosts for yet another year, providing white hot baseballing content on a daily basis during the regular season. For the next couple weeks leading up to Opening Day, we’ll be publishing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, to keep you up to date on news of interest around the fantasy baseball universe.

On September 30th, the film “Serenity” will celebrate its 9th anniversary. The continuation of the TV series “Firefly,” Serenity is another Joss Whedon creation and both are well worth watching.

Let’s be honest — with the season winding down, there’s really not much to talk about here at the Roto Riteup. So, today we’re going to look mainly on recent trends and whatnot, focusing on hitters. Tomorrow with focus on the pitching side, so don’t get your panties in a bunch.

Change of plans, Roto Riteup readers. You get stuck with me again today, but do not fear, Wiers assures me he will be finished with his killing spree come tomorrow.
