Thank you for talking about the development time Justin. I was kind bouncing up and down about it because guys like GrayRod, Baz, and Perez had their time when they would have been adjusting to the majors, cut short by these surgeries. So now they not only have to adjust to the major leagues, but do it with a wonky elbow.
